Always make time to talk. Are you really alright?

We are coming up to the time of year when we are all supposed to be happy and looking forward to the Christmas Season.

Many have reasons for not looking forward to this time of year, and indeed suffer with mental health all year.

If you need to talk to someone about your feelings please reach out and ask for help, there is no embarassment or judgement.

Speak to a friend, family member, doctor or call one of the many helplines who will listen to your worries.

There is nothing that cannot be overcome by opening up to someone.

We all should never be too busy to listen to someone who is struggling with their feelings.
